Robin Thicke Loses Custody Battle Over Son
Popular American Singer, Robin Thicke, has been in and out of the court room after his ex-wife, Paula Patton, accused him of maltreating their 6-year-old son Julian. (read here)
According to TMZ, Robin and Paula, both rushed to an L.A. (Los Angeles) courtroom on Thursday, each asking for temporary sole custody of their son. The judge, however dismissed Robin’s plea and issued a domestic violence restraining order, thereby ruling in favour of Paula. Robin must now stay clear of his son, ex-wife and her mom until further notice.
Regarding Paula’s decision to go for a domestic violence restraining order, TMZ, learnt that Thicke, paid regular visits to Paula’s house to pick up Julian, for scheduled visits and when she failed to open the door he allegedly started banging on it. Robin however denies such claim.
Robin’s lawyer claims Paula, is being investigated by the L.A. County Department of Children and Family Services for emotional abuse.

The child happiness should be paramount
I don’t know why you will deny an individual an access to his/her child. Robin messed up and you divorced him but depriving him access to his son am not sure is right. That boy am sure will want to have his father in his life.
