Annie Idibia, wife of popular Nigerian artist 2Face, is throwing her full support behind her hubby as he prepares to stage a nationwide protest to raise awareness about the hardship in the land.

In a video on his Facebook account, which raked in more than 21,000 views after just an hour, the singer urged his compatriots to stand up in a “peaceful and articulate manner.” He said:

“The need for urgent solutions to the challenges facing Nigerians has become very clear. Things are not getting better for the majority, we are still where we are, poor and desperate. I will no longer be quiet.”
