Talk Show Host Jimmy Kimmel Talks About His 3 days Old Son’s Open Heart Surgery in Emotional Video

American talk show host, Jimmy Kimmel welcomed his second child, Billy, with his wife Molly McNearney last month. But at just 3 days old, the little lad had to undergo open-heart surgery at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles. Fortunately, all went well, and Billy is now home with his parents and older sister, Jane.

Hollywood reporter reports that the 49-year-old talk show host began his episode of the Jimmy Kimmel Live with an emotional monologue. He talked through tears, sharing what he went through watching his son go through the process. He shared before and after photos of his son, and also encouraged people to donate to the cause to prevent children from suffering unnecessarily.
