‘He Beats His Wife Everyday And…’ – Seun Kuti Drops Bombshell Revelation About Comedian AY, Mocks Him Over His House Razed By Fire (Video)

Nigerian musician, Seun Kuti has doubled down in mocking popular comedian Ayo Makun, popularly known as AY, after his house and belongings were burnt.

The comic actor and dad of two was away with his family when their Lagos mansion was razed by fire, which made them temporarily move to the US.

Seun who is the youngest son of legendary Afrobeat godfather Fela Anikulapo Kuti, mocked AY immediately after the fire and is still mocking him weeks later.

In a new video, the saxophonist and father of one told his followers that he went live at the time AY’s house was burning to rejoice that his ancestors have ‘avenged’ him.

Seun pointed out how AY called his daughter a dog in one of his ‘dry skits’ and was using his (Seun) trials and tribulations to make jokes.

He further claimed that he was always supportive of AY especially when he lost his house, yet AY made jokes poking fun at his daughter. He said it’s now payback and he will also joke about AY’s tribulations.

He then added that AY is not funny and his comedies are dry. He also called AY an abusive husband.

Dropping the bombshell about the comedian, Seun claimed that AY beats his wife and has a smelling mouth which everyone knows in the industry.

He said no female in AY’s household respects him, not even his daughters, because they have allegedly seen him beat their mother.

He partly said:

“The very day Ayo Makun’s house got burnt, I went live. Can’t you people remember when he portrayed my daughter as a dog in his dry skits and was using my trials and tribulations to make jokes?

He has a mouth odor, you can ask anyone in the industry to confirm this. Is it not the same Ayo that beats his wife every time? All of you were laughing that time, now see what happened to him.”

In August, news made rounds that the Lagos house of AY was gutted by fire and millions of properties were destroyed.

Videos online captured the moment a Lagos State Fire Service truck tried quenching the raging fire. Luckily for the comedian, his wife, and his kids were on vacation overseas, when the incident happened.

AY expressed gratitude that his wife and kids were saved, as he noted how everything else comes and goes.

Following the incident, the actor had temporarily relocated to the US with his family. In a later post, AY while bemoaning his predicament, revealed how it feels like knowing the only wardrobe he has is the clothes and shoes he traveled with.

Despite his huge loss, he is assured that he will rebuild his life using his adversity as a stepping stone.

For him, there is no such thing as going back to square one and he is confident that God wouldn’t disgrace him.
