Ugandan socialite and mother-of-five, Zari Hassan has taken to social media to deny claims that she cheated on her ex-partner and baby daddy, Diamond Platnumz.
This is coming after the popular Tanzanian singer real name Nasibu Abdul Jumma, granted an interview yesterday in which he alleged that Zari, mother of his two children, cheated on him with married Nigerian superstar,Ā PeterĀ Okoye of the former P-Square duo as well as her Kenyan gym instructor while they were in a relationship (read here).
These allegations got Zari who has since moved on and is dating another man, off balance forcing her to launch barrage of attacks on him, branding him a filthy liar.
She swore she never cheated on him and went as far as swearing that she will sacrifice their two kids’ souls if she ever cheated on him whilst they were dating. Taking to Instagram, Zari wrote:
”I donāt understand where you get the audacity to go on national radio in your country and accuse me of having all these affairs. When you are the one who had affairs in our bed, in the house that I furnished.
Never believe a man who once too many times denied His own blood (referring to his affair with Hamisa that lead to the conception of his third child), I mean His Own. What other truth can come out of his mouth?
I will sacrifice my kid’s soul if I ever cheated on you. Own your mistakes and use them to grow and change into a better man. You can still reform.”
Zari also reacted to the allegation that she blocked all avenues to see his children. To top that up, Zari said Diamond is a deadbeat dad, who doesnāt provide āfinancial or emotional support for the childrenā.
āShe blocked all the avenues I could use to communicate with the kids. And again, now she has a man in her life. I cannot be calling her every now and again asking her to pass the phone to my children. What would her new lover think? That, maybe, I am trying to win her back, which is not the case.
That explains why I stopped visiting or communicating regularly with the children. I have, however, asked Zari to write down all the financial needs of the children, and I would be sending money direct to the [bank] accounts of those respective firms offering the services she would have listed.ā
Zari set the record straight saying:
āI remember giving you the nannyās numbers and that of the house if you ever need to call the children. Even when they kept calling asking you to call you never did even if you were texted and told that Tiffah is crying. It got to a point where you blocked them.ā
Zari even revealed that Sandra Sunura ā his mum ā is the only one who consistently called to the point where Diamond asked that she stops posting about it because it made him look bad. Zari continues:
”From my side we have forgotten you. You do not exist. You donāt have contact with the kids because you decided not to. Your ego does not let you. Emotionally and financially we donāt get any support.
Out of respect, stay in your lane. Do you. My mama raised me better than that. I never wanted to address the issues apart from the black rose (when she dumped him). You want to justify your wrongs by accusing me of having affairs.ā
As a parting shot, Zari explained,
āAbout the kids going to Tanzania, they couldnāt come because the last time you sawĀ and spoke to them was in October. And you think I will throw them on a flight? That is why my lawyer asked you to come up with with a parental plan.ā
The estranged pair dated for four years after Diamond dumped her previous ex Wema Sepetu. They split on February 14 last year, after Diamond revealed on radio he had cheated on Zari with socialite Hamisa Mobetto and ended up having a son.
Some days ago, 38-year-old Zari took to social media to shower praises on her new man she called Mr M for finding her the sexiest despite having five children.
”Iāve been there before and it still doesnāt make any sense to me. Yea I am weak, I need to accept, Wana know why? I give my all. I build my men, Iām not the type that takes, Iām the type that looks at what we have and consider how we can double or triple the blessings.
With you Iāve learnt so much, I appreciate life itself because of your humbleness. I always imagined my forever but didnt have an idea what my forever looked like. 5 kids, other guys etc but you still found me the sexiest woman alive. Wooooo aināt I so blessed.
I love you so much Mr M, itās not the material things you shower me with, Iāve seen those and even bigger and better. But, its you, your heart, your whole being and how you make me and my kids feel. According to online reports, Diamond also seems to have moved on and has found love in a woman named TanashaDonna. The music star recently released a new song, The One which had already garnered over a million views.
This song, that is on number 1 trending has been labeled as a dedication to Tanasha, who is rumored to be pregnant with Diamonds’ fourth child.
In a past interview withĀ Kiss100.co.ke Tanasha laughed off the question saying, āDonāt go telling people Iām pregnant. I actually suspected it too. But, Iām not mentally ready.ā
āTo clear that rumour once and for all, I tested and Iām not. My body is adjusting to all this traveling and climate change moving from Dar es Salaam which is warm to the cold Nairobi nights.ā
Anyway back to the song, Diamond assures her he loves her as much she loves him and so with all the noise out there, she should block them.
