See A Midwife’s Amazing Photo Collection Of Babies Just Born In Foetal Position

Marry Fermont, 35, from the Netherlands, is a mid-wife who recently became a mum has been a birth photographer since 2011 and has captured beautiful images of babies just seconds after being born.

She says. “Many midwifes show women how their baby was positioned in the womb. Once they are born it’s hard to imagine how they looked inside. When I documented my first birth the midwife showed a mother what the baby looked like in her womb. Since then I have always asked the midwife to show it,” she told Mail Online.

Marry recently became a mum herself and now has first-hand experience of what the mothers she photographs are going through. She said: ‘It will be different to document, because now I really know what women are going through and how important the photos are. I think I will love my job even more now.’
