HEARTWARMING: Girl Interrupts Military Parade to Hug Dad Returning Home After 9 Months

A little Colorado Springs girl, who could not contain her excitement at seeing her soldier dad return after a nine-month deployment in the Middle East, broke protocol by running out for a quick hug with him during a military parade.

Speaking after the ceremony, her dad, Lt Daniel Ogelsby, told the Colorado Springs Gazette: “She was excited. She spotted me from a couple rows back and she couldn’t contain herself. I wasn’t gonna tell her ‘no’.”
