Did Gwen Stefani File for Divorce After Discovering Estranged Hubby’s 3-Year Affair with Nanny?

The alleged cause of Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale’s split is quite similar to estranged couple, Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner’s, who called off their 10-year marriage in June. According to UsWeekly, insiders exclusively reveal that the music super couple’s 13-year marriage ended because of Rossdale’s affair with the family’s longtime nanny, Mindy Mann. The sexual relationship lasted for more than three years, including the period Stefani was pregnant with Apollo.

Stefani, 46, reportedly uncovered her estranged husband’s long-term affair with Mann in February after seeing explicit texts between them – including nude photos of Mann and their plans to meet up for sex – on the family’s iPad.

A family source said: “The iPad was linked to Gavin’s phone. One of the other nannies discovered the exchange and told Gwen.”

Mann was soon fired, but Rossdale, 50, insisted they were only flirting. He however confessed to the affair months later and Stefani decided to end their marriage, leading to the couple’s divorce announcement in August.

Another source added: “The admission completely devastated her. She was mortified, livid, and embarrassed.”

Stefani’s rep could not be reached, and Rossdale’s rep declined to comment on the report.

The couple have three sons, Kingston, 9, Zuma, 7, and Apollo, 20 months, and Gwen has moved on with her new man, Blake Shelton.
