15-Year-Old Girl Flogs 7-Year-Old Brother to Death in Bayelsa
A seven-year-old boy, Harry, was reportedly flogged to death by her sister, Faith Festus, 15, in Otuagbagi, Ogbia Local Government Area of Bayelsa State yesterday over alleged refusal to go for an errand.
According to the Vanguard, the sad incident occurred after school hours in their parents’ absence.
The spokesman of the State Police Command, Asimin Butswat, who confirmed the development, said the corpse of the deceased boy had been deposited at the Kolo General Hospital.
