Residents in Shock As Mad Woman Gives Birth The Second Time
A mentally challenged woman in Ghana has left residents of Effiakuma in the Sekondi /Takoradi Metropolis in shock after delivering a healthy baby girl. Residents say this is the second time she has given birth in the area, and anytime she puts to bed, some people suspected to be her relatives come for the baby.
She was spotted by passers-by cuddling the baby and giving her some water believed to be from a gutter.

The authorities should take the baby from her asap, something should be done about the randy idiots having carnal knowledge of a mentally displaced woman. Gosh!!!! People are disgusting.
