Kuwaiti Daily newspaper Al-Rai gathers that Marafi, ambassador to Austria, claimed one of his daughters is the product of the extra marital affair.

El-Achchabi married Hind in 2007 after a what seemed like a perfect love story. Life continued as normal between the couple until the heart of the husband was suddenly filled with doubts about the behavior of his wife. He suspected Bennani, a millionaire investor in the aviation sector,  was in love with his wife, as he noticed him getting a bit too close to her.

When he confronted her, she collapsed because the matter is linked to her honor. She insisted that she has been faithful to her husband for years. In order to end his doubts, he requested for a DNA test to be carried out on their second daughter and the result showed the father was Bennani.

El-Achchabi and Marafi separated in September 2014.
