5 Things That Can Increase A Woman’s Libido

Libido levels diminish as we get older. It could be as a result of a health disorder, you’ve fallen out of love, your weight, many things an affect a man or woman’s sexual appetite.

Changing hormones can also cause spontaneous desire to plummet. Stephanie Faubion, MD, director of the Mayo Clinic’s Women’s Health Clinic,  says, “To blame it all on hormones is unfair, though. What’s called receptive desire, being turned on when your partner makes the first move, keeps going. At least, it can if related issues in your body, mind, or relationship usually some mix don’t get in the way” Faubion saysIf you are not in this category, here are five things that you can do to boost your libido:

  • Exercise.

A lot of Nigerian women, have not come to term with the idea of “working out”. They want to do it, but they let all the other things take pre-Eminence before that, and at the end of the day, they are too tired to exercise. Research has shown that when you exercise, it not only shapens your body, but your mind. Its like a chain reaction, you feel a lot more confident about your body and you are working all your muscles, even the ones down south, and you are sooner or later going to want to flex that muscle. If you haven’t started, start exercising now.

  • Dark Chocolate

Sweet tooth’s wount miss out here.T hanks to a chemical in chocolate, called phenylethylamine (also called the “love chemical”), it is believed to produce the feeling of being in love. Now dark chocolates, not regular milk chocolates because they have less sugar and more cocoa. Research has also found that women who enjoyed a piece of chocolate every day had a more active sex life than those who didn’t.

  • Avocado Fruit

This is not your every day type of food, but research has shown and proven that they contains a high level of folic acid  that helps to metabolize proteins, giving you an energy boost. Apart from the healthy fats that they contain, they are also known to benefit a woman’s libido due to the high potassium content.

  • Dates

This is a local Nigerian “sweet”, known or most commonly associated with the northerners. Most Hausa traders are seen with it, it grown on palm trees and when its ripe turns yellow, when dried dark brown which is the common one sold in Nigeria.  They are packed with amino acids for sexual stamina as well as a good dose of fruity sugars which make them sweet and an amazing pickup.

  • Be Spontenoues

The everyday pattern of a married life, you find out that you soon fall into a routine and it can get very boring. Men are stimulated by what they see, and women by how they feel. If He doesn’t like what he sees, its going to be pretty difficult for him to show any sort of affection, even if its there. Adding a bit of flare to your sexual relationship can go a long way, get a nice set of Lingerie ( nice underwear), change the bed sheets to something flirty occasionally, set the room or the mood. Its a “lifestyle;e” so to say that a lot of people, especially in Nigeria don’t want to accept, but what happens in your bedroom stays in your bedroom, you get that confidence from your partner that you need as a woman to boost your drive.
